Welcome! To Let's Play Dying Light: The Following - Nightmare gameplay difficulty, part 2!
I have acquired a car! Time to take it for a bigger spin around, townsfolk wants me to deal with some stuff like drive to the Pumping Station in order to get gaining credence, fine! I’ll show them how a big boy handles the nightmare! Some may ask is driving ok in Dying Light: The Following ? Well it’s better then in dead island for me, dead island car was a bit like a box to drive, here in Dying Light: The Following cars are way better to handle and also going off-road is just fun which is also needed in order to race with the water pipe! You will see what I mean in today's episode of Dying light! We need to earn some trust of the faceless, a local cult of god knows who, so I need to drive to the Pumping Station and do something with the bandits there Dying Light: The Following have some hardcore bandits to deal with! Almost all of them have eagle eye aim if You ask me. So or do it in stealth mode which is possible in Dying Light it's just harder to perform or try to shot and hide all the time. For now we will do a little mix of it as my weapons from the vanilla Dying Light are way weaker than they should be. I have problems with dealing with zombies around. Also I’ll try to show You a cool way to deal with night hunting in Dying Light: The Following but keep in mind in order to perform it You need to have some levels in survival! Otherwise You may end up bad! But if You do nice and slowly nights in Dying Light: The Following won’t be that bad to survive! I heard that Nightmare mode gives a higher possibility of golden weapons to drop but I haven’t seen any yet in Dying Light: The Following. I could use some good weapons tho, I think that will be a next priority in upcoming episodes, so far I do enjoy story in Dying Light I just hope for a mind-blowing event like back in Dead Island! For those of You who played should know what I’m talking about rest, go play Dead island aswell! :D it’s a older game then Dying Light: The Following or Dying Light itself but it's also a lot of fun to kill zombies just without the Parkour element. Biggest problem I have on Nightmare mode right now ? Not infinite stamina anymore, even tho I have the talent for that acquired back in Dying Light, Nightmare mode disables it and it’s a bit more problematic to spam special attacks without it. Drive to the Pumping Station was an easy quest but I recommend You do it asap as it will unload vendors, I think doing the first 3-4 campain quests are a must in other to proper progress in the game so we gain credence, after that we can do some Nightmare free roam over the place and kill stuff!
