In this video, I'm going to show my gameplay for all the weapon choices in the Time Trial and Errors mission in the Story Mode for Splatoon 3. This has been one of the toughest missions to complete so far in the game, especially with the Classic Squiffer, so I just wanted to share how I cleared it will use all the weapons in case you're a completionist and struggling with this, but I'll only do commentary for the Squiffer because I think that's the one that's the most difficult.

Moving on with the Squiffer, let's start with the first 6 targets, for these fire quickly by tapping repeatedly while you walk and pop the targets.
Targets 7,8 and 9 can be popped all at once with a burst bomb, but be careful because sometimes you may miss 1 balloon even if you hit the one in the center.
The same burst bomb technique applies for targets 10, 11, and 12, but as I failed more times than I can count, so I decided to pop them individually and this also saves ink for later.
Targets 13 to 20 can either be popped by aiming carefully or by walking and quick firing. I am potato so, I prefer to walk and jump to have a better chance to hit them.
The transition from target 20 to 21 is great to refill your ink, so don't miss it!
For targets 21, 22, 23 and 24 use the same that worked for you in the previous section, either aiming or fast shooting.
Targets 24 to 30 are divided in two different rows. Charge your shot and try to aim for the white spot on the balloon on the front of the row so you get a chance to pop them all. This is pretty inconsistent, so be prepared to fire some extra shots if 1 balloon is left alive.
Targets 31 to 33 are quickly done with a burst bomb.
Depending on the ink left on your tank, take a breather to refill your tank here and continue with a series of fully charged shots to pop balloons 34 to 39.
Balloons 40 to 50 are best dealt with if you keep your aim steady and let the balloons rotate while you do some fast shots.
Here comes the final stretch! For the last 10 balloons use charged shots when all targets are aligned on each row so you can pop all of them quickly. Be careful of those pesky stray balloons! Don't panic and finish them off!
