You can find a house on the east side where you can rest for free. At the elder's house, you'll learn more about the history of aer and the Geraios civilization. The overproduction of aer can potentially lead to a giant Aer monster, the Adephagos, destroying all life on the planet. Worse yet, it's implied the Children of the Full Moon were killed to prevent them from overusing aer. All blastia have the potential to screw up the aer balance, which is why the people of Myorzo don't use it.
Estelle runs off due to being overwhelmed by this revelation and Rita is hit hard by how her precious blastia are actually really dangerous. Raven points out that it'll be impossible to get rid of blastia, since people depend on them too much for survival. Maybe there's a way to solve this by perfecting the Rizomata Formula?
27:23 Missing Party Members
Estelle and Raven went missing, despite Ba'ul still being here. We discover that they used a warp blastia to leave, but how did they know how to use it? Yuri suddenly remembers that in the Zaphias castle prison, Raven was conversing with Alexei, which gives him a bad feeling.
34:23 Alexei's True Colors
When we arrive in Yormgen, it turns out to be a completely ruined town that probably had no signs of life for years, which is strange considering we saw people there not too long ago. We also see Duke riding off with the Entelexeia that showed up at the Weasand of Cados Aer Krene. Alexei and a Royal Guard show up and are disappointed they couldn't catch him. When we question if he knows anything about Estelle's whereabouts, the guard acts aggressively, giving Alexei away as her kidnapper and Raven's true boss. Flynn also shows up and is shocked that Alexei is really corrupt. Alexei then has Yeager distract us so he can get away.
Flynn is ashamed that he turned a blind eye to Alexei's true nature and wants to join Brave Vesperia to set things right. He can't join as an official member because of his status as a knight, but he can still tag along, much to Sodia's chagrin.
Sadly, Flynn doesn't start with any altered artes, despite having learned some Super Chain stuff and AA enabling skills.

You can get a scene where Flynn and Yuri scare off a bunch of bandits who were going to attack a kid. The kid wants to become a knight, but Flynn warns the child that becoming a knight is dangerous and that he has to know caution and discipline.
52:56 Flynn Grinding
Be sure to craft Limit Quartet to access OL 4.
Flynn starts with a few more skills than when he last joined, but he'll have to do a lot of grinding to catch up to Yuri in terms of skills and altered artes. If you don't want to overlevel, use low-leveled enemies to grind LP, since it stays mostly the same no matter the enemies' level. Also, min damage skill is useful for grinding artes.
Flynn's Tiger Blade artes have tight timing for the pick up hit, since you have very little time to chain another arte to the extra hit. I really don't have the dexterity to pull it off consistently. The Burning Phoenix extension to Rising Phoenix also has very tight timing.
Make sure to teach him Cure, since he's going to be the main healer for now.
