Ed Kuni was the first person to have hiked the entire length of the Appalachian Trail twice in two consecutive years. He was also the first person to not spend a single night in a home, motel, or rooming house while on the trail. This interview on his journey was conducted by WNEP 'News Conference', and recorded on audio cassette by a relative when it aired in 1973. Ed Kuni was my Grandfather's cousin.
