This is a 1-frame (0.134-second) improvement over the previous TAS I made about 9 months ago. All I missed was the most optimal lag reduction strategy. Otherwise, the run still uses the corner skip, both controllers, lag reduction methods, and insane RNG manipulation like last time. See the TAS notes for a more detailed explanation!
