There is a wake up animation that can only be done by getting shot in the back whilst in mid-air. For some reason, this animation ignores an instant death trigger as the elevator tries to crush the player.

Level 5 looks interesting because there is a red door that cannot be reached and even with glitches the floor collision isn't fully loaded up properly, even the bottom left elevator doesn't function properly. Looks like the long, intended route is the only solution.

This makes the bug completely useless.
