Elite: Dangerous. Large Pulse vs Burst vs Beam Laser

Wanted to know if there are any changes since my last weapon test so here we go - which weapon is most energy efficient against shields and hull.
All lasers were fired with 0 pips to WEP and full capacitor (and target ship had 0 pip to SYS to prevent shields from charging), with pulse laser it took most time to deplete it while beam laser is most power hungry weapon, all test were done twice for more accurate results.
Bottom line: with same amount of energy in WEP capacitor Pulse laser deals most damage to shields and is right behind Burst laser at dealing damage against hull, while Beam laser came last in both tests which is not surprising at all because it deals most damage in short period of time.
So most energy efficient weapon against shield is Pulse laser but against hull is Large Burst laser.
