This time I could see exact shield value for online shields because i was capturing my friend and here is time from 0-50% (offline shield recharge) and from 50-100% online shield recharge.

Result actually is quite surprising and now I will have to test the difference for big ship if you turn off shield booster and turn them back when shields are online and if you don't keep them online, because it seems that turning off our shield boosters in the end will require much more time, of course in combat you want your shields back online as fast as possible but it is interesting nevertheless.
