Atziri's Promise is a simple item that demonstrates a new concept at endgame - using your flask slots for damage rather than replenishing life or mana. And it's good.

It's very easy to farm, powerful, and is good on a wide variety of builds. If your character deals damage with hits, doesn't use Brutality Support and doesn't use the keystone Avatar of Fire, you should equip this flask early into endgame and use it for quite some time.

It's far better again on builds that exploit damage conversion mechanics.
