The PS1 FPS game, "Delta Force: Urban Warfare" was released on 2002 during early PS2 era and this game has a one problem - heavy FPS drop at all times and can be fixed by using 4x OC feature on ePSXe.

I made a video of comparison between running in default speed vs running in OC mode.
