Before that, I'm published the video on playing PS1 games on PS2 with EasyCap USB display but requires a GS Mode selector hack in order to force the PS2 display the PS1 screen but the screen is too narrow for gaming experience.

Since the POPStarter had been updated, you just need a POPSTARTER.ELF inside the "HDTV" folder and use it, no need GS Mode Selector hack to do it.
