F-Zero: The fast paced racing game that launched with the SNES! - Ninchronicles
24The original game in the high speed racing franchise F-Zero was one of two launch titles for the SNES when it came out in Japan back in 1990.
Set in the year 2560, F-Zero has four cars to choose from as you race around in the games 15 tracks. The stakes are high during the race as every bump and bruise will cause your car to lose health and when that runs out, you'll be a smoldering pile of rubble.
Of course, most people know it has the home to Captain Falcon whose very prominent in the Super Smash Bros games but he doesnt quite get the same amount of face time here!
F-Zero is available for download thorugh the Wii, Wii U and New 3DS systems worldwide.
