Friday is over at Silverstone and whilst yes Max Verstappen dominated, the story of Silverstone has been one of intrigue as some teams have brought major upgrades and some teams have shown incredible pace. Williams have had the perfect Friday as Alex Albon was P3 and Logan Sergeant was P5 an Williams have great race pace to go with it. Carlos Sainz in the Ferrari was the closest challenger to Max Verstappen as Ferrari are showing that their new car is once again a big step forward but sadly for Charles Leclerc, issues stopped him from being able to go out. Aston Martin and Mercedes may be struggling a little but Lewis Hamilton, Fernando Alonso, George Russell and Lance Stroll could be saved by rain getting in the way of Ferrari's improved performance. For Alpha Tauri it was another difficult day as it seems like now they are the slowest team and Devries day ended with a deflated tyre as a massive lockup caused a puncture. Yuki Tsunoda also had a difficult day as the big changes may have caused them to struggle for some pace.
