Pre Season testing is right around the corner and we have now seen half of the brand new 2024 F1 cars which got me thinking where does each F1 team need to improve in 2024 vs their 2023, for this I am going to be looking at each teams weakness from last year to show where they need to get better. Haas for example need to improve their tyre wear. Stake F1 need to improve their aerodynamics, Williams need their Logan Sargeant to step up, VCARB need to look at their aerodynamic philosophy, Alpine need to improve Renault reliability, Aston Martin need to make better in season upgrades, Mclaren need to improve in the slow speed. Ferrari need better consistency, Mercedes need to improve their aero and straight line speed and Red Bull need to improve their floor over bumps. These changes could be make or break for a championship fight for the likes of Charles Leclerc, Carlos Sainz, Lewis Hamilton, George Russell, Fernando Alonso or Max Verstappen.
