Finding this many trees and agreeable outposting took about 20 minutes of rerolling, that's map RNG. The forests provide ample opportunity for my own misplays without biter assistance. In theory it's risk averse & minimising pollution, because any completion is a new category for me. In practice, modular armor and damage 3 are staying in the plan because Deathworld. Plus I'm still fairly sharp at loading ammunition into turrets so it's kind of okay.
The repositioned mixed build eventually works out, once fuelled. The different parts of the base would always have spaghetti between. My "pace" sees a surplus of both green & red chips from the mall & blue science; maybe I plan to pivot those caches into a 4th blue chips per mixed lane? Being slow enough to finish & disassemble science builds helps limit powergrid usage, but doesn't help being systemically short earlier. Remembering numbers for prodmods / batteries / frames would help too. Many improvements available. First complete any run, then work on PBs. There's a lot of headroom.
