I started a new series with me playing factorio as the new version (0.13) came out. They brought out many improvements with this new version. You see the gameplay at 3x speed so it should not get boring.

And the goal of this new series? I want to build the biggest base with the highest production, the longest railway tracks, the highest energy demand - a mega map.

In this video I started to build a railway track to bring more iron ore to the furnaces. With the new rail planner it was easy to build the track. The station was made with a lot of splitters and inserters. After a while the train could start its normal operation.
At the end I improved the defense: I installed some new laser turrets and repaired the walls and damaged turrets (with the help of my construction robots).

Factorio is a fantastic game in which you set up your own factory and survive on a far away planet. You need to mine resources and defend against aliens.
The map is infinite just as the factories you can build.
