Once you hop on the train, you're railroaded into the story. I don't know if it's possible to come back to Zeta in the future, since I skipped the fight with Asterisk and didn't do the training center.

Crow and Kiyota are also here, and they join the party because there are demons on board. They're being summoned by a mysterious Smog, Rogue. To advance to the boss room, you must kill all the demon mobs, and they won't respawn.

Turns out Runi already knew that "Makoto" is actually Akira. Her psychic powers also lets her know that Rosie told Akira not to trust her.
To unlock Mika's secret shop, you have to talk to Kiyota to get an eroge to deliver to Mika.
