Description:

Unfortunately, new villains show up to threaten both Erebonia and Crossbell, requiring the efforts of both Class VII and the SSS. Additionally, a new "C" shows up with their own version of the Imperial Liberation Front, but what exactly are they after?

This comes up when the party sees Tio talking with cursed citizens, who think independence is hopeless and that their hopes keep getting crushed. They also blame the SSS for refusing to go along with the Azure Zero plan as the most effective way to achieve independence. Wazy calls them out on relying too much on the SSS as heroes and points out that the SSS are just a police subdivision that's trying to do the right thing, and the citizens should think about how they can help Crossbell too without taking the easy way out.
Be sure to use the TRC to outfit new party members.
