Fixed issue with SUPER/VIP T-SHIRT not giving points or tools.

Updates:
- Exploding Pie is much more deadlier
- Added lighting to Rising Lava
- Nerfed exploding illumina. Only explodes when a player touches it, instead of any part touching it
- Replaced Wolvens with Penguins
- Epic Fail Katana changed. If the player grabs the Katana, a giant katana falls from the sky and kills the player
- Rocket Turret shoots faster and is more accurate
- VIP now gives players 900 points on-enter, and Super VIP, 1800.
- You do not have to wear the SUPER/VIP T-Shirts in order to receive your tools/points.

For people who owned the previous VIP shirts, you will get additional points, since you own more than one VIP shirt.
