Fallout 3 Playthrough (No Commentary) Part 12: The Water of Life
0his is a casual playthrough of Fallout 3, Karma decisions will be made according to what I feel is right.
Before you continue with this quest, you must prepare for a very lengthy and difficult battle as you are going to fight the Enclave who are equipped not only with strong laser/plasma weapons, but also power armor which makes them a pain to kill with the weak weapons I currently have.
Even playing it in Very Easy I almost ran out of stimpaks with how much damage they deal, so you definitely want to get some better gear and stock up on as many stimpacks you can buy.
At some point during the escape, one of your followers Garza will need medical attention and Dr. Li refuses to abandon him unless you give her some stimpaks to stabilize him.
If you don’t have enough stimpacks you can either convince Li or Garza to continue on without him or give him some Buffouts as a substitute (if you have any).
From what I have gathered, if you simply kill Garza then Li will simply refuse to move forward altogether and you will break the quest, so don't do that.
Once you escape the tunnels you get access to the Citadel where you can continue the main quest and also get access to power armor training, which lets you use said armor.
On this part, we meet the remains of the government of America who wants to kill everybody.
