24Don't follow Victoria's instructions right away if you're going the good route. For a decent reward, either talk to Harkness or inform Zimmer about his property.
If you deal with Harkness, you can get his A3-21 Plasma Rifle. You can convince him to do nothing, let you handle things, or to place charges to get Zimmer evicted from the ship.
You can lie to Zimmer with the android part for karma and caps (after getting your true reward from Harkness), but you can tell him about Harkness for the wired reflexes perk that grants +10% hit chance in V.A.T.S.
It's notable that you can get the rifle and perk while experiencing no net change in karma. Telling Harkness gets you good karma that is canceled out if you tell Zimmer his identity.
