Tape #2, Hallow Moors Cemetery, north of Big Town:
Hallow Moors is a church with a cemetery. To reach it, either go north of Big Town, or go north-west of Meresti station. Do not load a game saved at the church because you'll be ambushed by a newly spawned Super Mutant Overlord.
Upon entering the church:
to the left in and on a podium, a Big Book of Science and Keller Tape #2.
There's a mini-nuke in a crate next to the radio, and
There's a D.C Journal of Medicine near the first aid box near the captive.

Tape #3, Grisly Diner, north of The Temple of the Union:
The diner has some mines in front so be careful. There's a swinging trap behind the counter. After disarming it, stepping pass it triggers a raider ambush.
There's a Tales a of Jerkytown Jerky Vendor on the shelf behind the counter.
Keller tape #3 is outside behind the diner on a desk.

Tape #5, Mutant Captive Camp, north-east of Anchorage Memorial:
I reached it by going south from West Farragut Station. The area is unmarked, but it is guarded by two centaurs, and its entered by circling around a truck. Expect a Super Mutant Master or Overlord.
Keller Tape #5 is near the radio next to the captive. There's suppose to be a copy of Pugilism Illustrated near by in an orange truck, but I didn't find it.
