73With the unmarked quest election day, you can gain access to Dave's rifle Ol' Painless in his office and change the leadership.
To start ask Dave if you can help with the election.
Rosie wants to expand the Republic's economy by trading more often with the caravans.
Bob and Dave just want power.
If you want to convince Rosie or Bob to run for president, you need to speech check them or be careful about your dialogue choices. Once they're running, tell every adult to vote.
When every vote is in, report to Dave and enter sneak mode. Approach the ballot box and make sure you're hidden.
When Dave is reading/counting the votes, open the box and steal the votes that aren't for your favorite candidate.
If the winner isn't Dave, Dave will go to Old Olney and get murdered by Deathclaws, and the new president will give you the office safe combination so you can claim your new gun.
