Her lair is just a bit north of town. You don't need to take high ground.

There's a side entrance west of the front door. It's a large pipe (which turns out to happen to have a ladder through it). You need 50 lockpick, but the ants are pretty easy so just take the front door for looting.

Notable loot:
A stealth boy, explore the metal part of the area. The stealth boy is on a shelf against a wall. There should be mine guarding it.

There's also a Nuka-Cola Quantum in the throne room.

Avoid mocking the AntAgonizer by asking if she knows she's human. She does; and doesn't like her sanity questioned. Also, do not enter her lair wearing the Mechanist costume.

You can either speech check, Lady Killer check, or use an editor's note from Hubris Comics headquarters to make her give up the villain life.
