A playthrough of Fallout Tactics, the third title of the Fallout game franchise that came out in 2001. While a "Fallout" game, Fallout Tactics is considered non-canon in the Fallout franchise established by the numbered titles, though some parts of the story told by the Brotherhood of Steel focused game have been integrated into the storyline as suggested in Fallout 3.

As the Calculator began its final invasion to defeat the Brotherhood's forces, it was time to make a strategic offensive to strike at the mastermind behind the robots. Defeating the endless waves of robots would serve no purpose than to delay their own inevitable defeat. The leadership knew that victory lied in the defeat of the Calculator hidden deep within Vault 0.

Tasked with this final mission of utmost importance, upon which the survival of all living things depended, the Warrior and his squad went to Cheyenne Mountain where the nuclear warhead they retrieved from the ghouls Kansas City way back was sent ahead of them by an advance team. The warhead had been prepared for use loaded onto a modified APC with and armed with a remote detonation sequence. Breaching Vault 0, which had been built in the mountains and reinforced heavily to withstand nuclear blasts, meant dropping a nuke directly on its front door and praying the point-blank detonation would be enough to break past the protection.

While the task was simple, the path to the entrance snaked around the mountain roads trapped with mines and guarded by robots. The warrior's squad was up to the challenge though, and they fought their way past the defenses, eventually reaching the front door of Vault 0 where they parked the nuke. Once the countdown began, it was a race for the squad to reach a nearby bunker where they could survive the blast and make their way into the breach immediately afterwards.

With the entire squad safely inside the shelter, they braced for the nuclear explosion that followed soon afterwards and made their way inside Vault 0.
