A playthrough of Fallout Tactics, the third title of the Fallout game franchise that came out in 2001. While a "Fallout" game, Fallout Tactics is considered non-canon in the Fallout franchise established by the numbered titles, though some parts of the story told by the Brotherhood of Steel focused game have been integrated into the storyline as suggested in Fallout 3.

After reviewing this video I have to apologize that the mic settings got reset to max and was picking up a lot of background static.

The Warrior and his squad were sent to Coldwater to hunt down a group of rogues originally from Quincy. Although Quincy had agreed to the Brotherhood's terms for protection, not all of its citizens were upstanding people. A group of miscreants saw that the Brotherhood troops had their guard down while manning a town that had given itself to Brotherhood control, and took advantage of the situation by drugging their food and water then promptly stealing their equipment and skipping down while the Brothers were incapacitated.

Standard equipment is replaceable but what was most insulting was that it was people from a town the Brotherhood had committed the crime, and that suits of highly prized power armor were among the stolen equipment. Power armor is perhaps the most valuable piece of equipment any Brotherhood personnel could have, and offered unrivaled protection. Only those deemed worthy to wear the armor by proven valorous deeds could be allowed access to the armor, making the rogues who had stolen it targets for swift execution.

The power armor's return was so crucial that General Dekker had sent the Auditor General ahead to wait on-site in Coldwater for the Warrior and his squad to deliver the power armor straight to him once recovered from the corpses of the Quincy rogues.

After arriving in Coldwater and speaking with locals, the Warrior discovers that the Quincy rogues had been parading around as Brothers and committing acts that sullied the Brotherhood's name. When one angry resident recognized the Warrior's squad to be real Brothers, he begged for their assistance to free his sister who had just been dragged away, presumably to be used as a plaything by the criminals posing as the Brotherhood.

While Coldwater wasn't much in terms of a trading town, it offered entertainment in the form of cockroach races, booze, and a casino. The Quincy rogues chose to takeover a town where they believed they could live comfortably. No match in combat for the truly battle-honed Brothers that made up the Warrior's squad, the rogues were eliminated room by room even though their numbers and equipment were more than a match.

When the final leader of the gang made his last stand against the unstoppable Warrior and his squad, he argued that he was acting just like the Brotherhood by taking whatever he wanted by means of the power he gained from possessing advanced technology and equipment. He was simply a greedy man who saw an opportunity to take what the Brotherhood had for himself and escape the fate of being a poor nobody the rest of his life. His choices cut his life short and he died a criminal instead.

After the recovered power armor was delivered to the Auditor General, the Warrior was debriefed on another successful mission. The corpses of his foes were going to be crucified and put on display to show any and all what awaited those that betrayed the Brotherhood. Unfortunately, the friends and families of those Quincy residents who went rogue were also taken in for interrogation by the Brotherhood. Nothing pleasant would await those people who seemed to be treated as guilty by association if Brotherhood justice was to be administered.
