Welcome back to my SAGE 2020 coverage.

This time we playthrough a complete 3D Sonic fan game: Sonic GT.

Sonic GT is a 3D Sonic game that uses the physics based gameplay like the classic 2D sonic games, and it also has 7 playable characters of which 6 characters need to be unlocked by playing through the Adventure mode and finding secrets in the 4 available levels.

In this video I will be showcasing every character and at a later date I might be playing through the adventure mode to showcase the story for this game.

Each character has a couple of special moves that makes them unique.

Sonic the Hedgehog can use the Drop Dash by holding the spin button in mid-air this can be used to charge a spin dash in mid-air.

Mighty the Armadillo can stomp and immediately go into a dash when pressing the spin button in mid-air.

Ray the Flying Squirrel can fly by holding the spin button in mid-air, which works like his flight in Sonic Mania, to dive down you need to hold the jump button and release it to go up (I didn't read the instructions closely enough so I didn't use the flight correctly lol).

Shadow the Hedgehog can use Chaos Snap to instantly hit an enemy with his Homing Attack, Shadow can also slow down time to use his Chaos Kick when locked on to an enemy by pressing the spin button instead of the jump button, by doing this Shadow will go up much higher than after a normal homing attack.

Metal Sonic can use the Chaos Boost by pressing the brake button to become invincible and go faster than normal, unlike the Sonic Boost from Sonic Unleashed and onwards which only need rings to be charged up the Chaos Boost actually uses rings to be used so be careful when using this when you run out of rings you won't be able to boost.

Classic Sonic can jump higher and run faster than modern Sonic can but he loses the wall jump, stomp, and light dash from his moveset.

Super Sonic runs off of rings and starts a stage with 60 rings.
When Super Sonic runs out of rings he dies but to make up for this Super Sonic retains his usual powers like invincibility, higher speed and jump heights, as well as being able to attract rings without the electric shield, for the rest Super Sonic has the same abilities as his normal state.
