Fantasia (Genesis) - Playthrough
We've played a lot of wonderful Sega developed Disney games here on the Dream Harrier stream, but there's always been a dark shadow looming over us since we started. Fantasia here sadly wasn't developed by Sega themselves but was outsourced to Infogrames. This is a rough game and I feel for the kids who rented/bought this back in the day expecting something close to Castle of Illusion.
We've got levels with randomly placed enemies and platformers thrown about, a useless magic system unless you grind powerups, awful delayed controls, painful hitboxes, and stages that force you to restart them unless you clear some arbitrary point value. On top of that, I played quite a bit of the game not knowing the butt bounce was in the game because it works so poorly I didn't realize it was an attack and it has no animation for it. This is a painful game and I think this might of been legit the most mad I've ever gotten at a game on stream.
