3All you're gonna wanna do for this is wait for a public event to spawn in the Glade of Echoes on Nessus that's Glimmer extraction (best if alone) there will be 5 orange/yellow health fallen enemies for the first two areas and if you don't manage to get it from that the last area will have all enemies strictly orange/yellow as you see in the video very quick and easy step to getting the Sturm exotic hand cannon as always I hope I helped and I hope you enjoyed!
