Since of the four of us, only I have done a single draft race before, we decided to not go with the most strict ruleset imagineable.
For the most part this ruleset is the one Mekkah used in his fe8 draft race, but I made some small adjustments.



1. This draft is for 4 players.
2. Eirika, Ephraim, Orson, Tethys, Moulder, Natasha and Myrrh are all free to use.
3. Franz and Vanessa are both draftable twice.
4. Seth is banned starting with Chapter 4.
5. The game can be played on Normal or Hard Mode with the obvious recommendation of normal mode.
6. The goal is to complete the game the before the other players. Any penalties have to be waited out before finishing the game.
7. We’re going by IRL time, not ingame time.

Rules:
1. Undrafted units may recruit characters, rescue undrafted units and NPCs, trade, visit Shops/Armories and dig up items in the desert
2. Undrafted units may not enter combat, use staves, build Supports, rescue Drafted units, or open Doors or Chests.
3. Thieves cannot steal or open locks unless they are drafted exceot, Colm can get promotion items for drafted units.
4. Map shopping is allowed.
5. Use of the arena, skirmishes and the Tower/Ruins is allowed.
6. Taking either the Eirika Route or Ephraim route is up to the player.
7. done at the final save screen after all of your penalties are finished.
8. Save states / Emulator speed up / Emulator Rewind / lua Scripts are banned.
9. Use of the Enemy Control Glitch is not allowed.
10. Undrafted NPCs can do whatever they want.

Penalties:
1. Undrafted units have a 5 minute penalty each Character and per chapter (Not for being deployed but for doing something forbidden).
2. Save states / Emulator speed up / Emulator Rewind have a 10 minute penalty

3. You can restart the chapter you got the penalty in to remove the penalty.
