0:49 Cormag could kill with the short spear, if he had a crit chance with it. The javelin doesn't have enough damage though.
1:16 It's possible to beat the chapter without the rescue staff use, however it's not like I need the additional use of the rescue staff anyway.

Out of the 4 staff uses in these chapter, only the warp use grants staff exp, and that obviously doesn't matter for reaching A rank staff. If I had gone for the rescue staff less chapter 19 clear I would get staff exp from the rescue staff use and reach A rank staves with Saleh literally right before I need him to warp.
6:28 He could have used the dragon spear since it has the same effective might as the Vidofnir but it also has much less hit chance.
