The Honeymooners Challenge:

*Only 1 WM, 1 BM (CC allowed)
*Only the magic command allowed in battle (or do nothing with an item). Fight is OK if you are totally out of magic charges.
*No deaths

So here we go, one final dungeon before TOF2000! Technically, this and the Floating Palace are one segment since there is no break in between, but it makes sense to me to split it into two videos.

I will talk more about the overall run in the subsequent video of the Floating Palace. Mirage Tower itself was never a problem since I had plenty of magic, and it is not very long. I basically had to hope I would run into enemies with a weakness (NOT Catmen..ugh) that I could exploit. I planned to kill Tiamat with BRAK, since I doubted that I would have enough charges to just kill her normally, so that precludes me from using any Ice3. There are a wide variety of enemies here, and most of them have a weakness, so this is a very interesting segment. As it happens, I ran into very easy enemies here, so this video in and of itself is not telling of the variety of the bestiary of the Tower.

You will also notice that I bring relatively few potions in here. The reason for this is that buying potions is boring, and Sue always has a ton of extra charges to heal with anyway. Frankly, not a good reason.

Battles:

Cerberus: Probably the weakest thing in here. Go down easily to Ice. Two Ice2 or Ice2 and Ice to finish off stragglers. This dungeon is huge, so of course, I have to hold onto as many strong charges as I can. Ice3 is out (see above). It would be a waste on these anyway. They are pretty pathetic with my armor and fire resistance.

More Cerberus

Even More Cerberus! Perfect!

Mummies: PERFECT! I can kill them with Harm, which saves Sam charges. Not only that, but they are pathetically weak.

Blue Dragon: This is a spiked square, so you are guaranteed to encounter the Blue Dragon here. I'm not sure if you find them anywhere else, but I'm not the guy to ask. The Blue D has Fire weakness, so he's not a big deal. He hits fairly hard, but I resist Thunder, so I pretty much just shake it off. He has a huge 400+ HP, so it takes a lot of Firing, but I don't really have anything else to use Fire on as it is. The only enemy in the floating palace weak to it is the already weak Green Medusa.
