EnigmaGamer asked if it was possible to solo the final battles with max defense and the answer is yes. However, a more interesting question is how many Hero Drinks I have to use. This battle is possible without using Hero Drinks, but that would be one big festival of luck, so I'd rather fight a cheap, but strategy reliant battle.

Jenova's attack pattern is simple: Slap, Absorb, Slap, Absorb, Bio2, Repeat. That is, if both arms are alive. If one of the arms is dead, Jenova will do nothing instead of that arm's attack and cast a different spell instead of Bio2.

The battle is pretty simple, but requires some strategy in the beginning. Tifa's low Dexterity is a huge problem, so you need a Speed Drink, and Reflect is required to make sure she doesn't get poisoned. If I hadn't gotten the first turn, and that one attack in the beginning hadn't miss, it simply would have lasted a little longer. Once you've used three Hero Drinks, she's pretty much harmless and you can start attacking. That entire phase of the battle isn't very interesting, so I sped it up.
