The only sorceress you need to worry about is the last one. The first two types only hit you with weak magic and physical attacks, though the second has Haste and Double which you should cast on your party. You can also mug magical stones from them. The last sorceress is a little tricky. She will counter any attacks with a powerful attack of her own. When she starts counting down from 5, however, she's getting ready to cast a strong Ultima spell. She won't counter attack during this countdown, so hit her with everything you've got. Stop attacking before she casts it, though, and get ready to heal everyone.
