Final Fantasy 14 is very different from World of Warcraft, mostly in a multitude of good days, at least from what I've seen so far... Some elements of FFXIV however appear to be better when treated WoW-style, which seems to help prevent early burnout.

In this video I'll share my further thoughts on FFXIV ARR MSQ progression as a fresh player who came from WoW, still trying to learn the ropes of the game and optimising my experience as I go along the main story questline...

FFXIV levelling process through A Realm Reborn part of the game is full of lengthy and rather irrelevant messenger style quests that can be sped up, among a few other things and skips that won't hurt your experience as a FFXIV beginner in the process.
