Because Gal's 3JA4A can be used in her midscreen combos instead of just the edge of the screen, you can use this tech in your combos to create better HW combos.

Notation:

I use CPU keypad notation for directions; 8=up, 4=left, 6=right, 2=down, 5=neutral.
A=attack, J=jump, S=special

-perhaps Gal's best midscreen heavyweight bnb combo; I've shown a similar combo before, but that used a regular jumping air chain for the 2nd air chain and made the AAAAA afterward sometimes miss; this one uses a direction-changing 1JA6A for the 2nd air chain, which brings the enemy closer to you and makes the AAAAA afterward much more likely to hit
-I would use this hw combo midscreen if no other enemy's around, and if there are other enemies around, to use Gal's AAAAA x2 combo instead
