As you can see from the video, I couldn't run into grab on Tsong Doo when he did his standing kick.

However, I don't think he's fully invincible; I've grabbed him running up with Gal before, during the early startup frames of his kick.

What I believe happens is that during the kick's startup, Tsong Doo is vulnerable during the little ducking animation he makes at the beginning.

He can't be hit/grabbed once that animation is done and he starts to do his kick.
