(Read below for combo notation)

Because the Fly bosses have normal weight, and the Truck stage has a wall on the right, you can do a 200% life combo on them.
The tricky part is goading them into being cornered on the right together.

Notation:

I use CPU keypad notation for directions; 8=up, 4=left, 6=right, 2=down, 5=neutral.
A=attack, J=jump, S=special

-because the flies can flip out if you knock them too high, when next to the wall, you want to omit jump cancelling after your full AAAAA chain. Instead, only do it after AAAA, so that they end up a little bit lower.
-you may want to put a slight pause after each AAAAA, so that the flies don't end up as high
