(Read below for combo notation)
Out of the most common, weaker enemies, Ramwof has the longest lifebar. Hence, anything that can kill and explode him can also destroy most of your common enemies.
Ricardo's throws that can explode (forward/back throws, jumping throws) will always give out 1,200 bonus points, 2x the 600 point bonus from a striking attack.
In addition, if you manage to keep hitting them after death without doing an exploding move ASAP, they will "catch fire" and you will get an additional 100 point bonus that stacks on top of your 1,200 point bonus. (You cannot stack this 100 pt bonus if you end with a striking attack; it will eat into the 600 pt bonus and the striking attack will then only do a 500 pt bonus, for a net total of 600 pts)
Maximizing your bonus points by getting both bonuses is tricky with Ricardo, because he does a lot of damage per hit, and if you do too many hits trying to get the 100 point bonus, you can sometimes add so many hits that the game will no longer allow you to also grab the dead enemy with a throw. (Basically, sometimes against very weak enemies, you should just get the throw bonus ASAP)
Notation:
I use CPU keypad notation for directions; 8=up, 4=left, 6=right, 2=down, 5=neutral.
A=attack, J=jump, S=special
x = that particular hit in the chain doesn't occur; ie if I write xAA, that means you perform Ricardo's 2nd and 3rd hits of his chain ie press A 2 times, not press A 3 times
0:00 66JAS AAA
(facing left)
(grab) 6A -
66JA - air 6S(3 hits),
66A - 66xAA, 6AA8AJ
0:09 66JAS AA JA
(facing left)
(grab) 6A -
66JA - air 6S(3 hits),
66AA - 6JA, 6AA8AJ
-this one's harder than the 1st combo
-for the "AA, 6JA, 6AA8AJ" route (for this combo and any other combos mentioned later), to better nail the 6A link after the 6JA, try to "double tap" the attack button like in fighting games
0:18 grab AA 6A
(facing left)
(grab) 5AA6A -
66A - 66xAA, 6AA8AJ
-you don't get a lot of time to grab, do 2 hits of Ricardo's hold, and then throw them (the enemy has a decent chance of breaking out if you wait too long); I would suggest after the 1st 5A, you double-tap to make sure the 2nd 5A comes out ASAP, and then when doing 6A afterward, you double-tap that as well
0:26 secret move
(facing left)
(grab) 6A -
663(delay)8A(hold) - release A - air 6S(3 hits),
6AA2A
-after the 2nd uppercut, wait til Ricardo just starts to fall, and then do the air S; it should hit 3x, not 4x, and not explode the enemy
-Ricardo's ground and jumping throw both give the maximum amount of bonus points
0:35 6638AS
(facing left)
(grab) 6A -
663(delay)8A(1 hit) - 6S,
6AA - 6JA, 6AA8AJ
-this variation may be more useful when trying to combo in the middle of a group (in order to stay safe)
0:44 AA 66JAS
(facing left)
(grab) 6A -
66AA - 66JA - air 6S,
6AA8A
-probably the easiest route of these combos
-Ricardo's ground and jumping throw both give the maximum amount of bonus points
0:52 A 6638A
(facing left)
(grab) 6A -
66A - 663(slight delay)8A,
66A - 66xAA, 6AA8AJ
1:02 AA 6638A
(facing left)
(grab) 6A -
66AA - 663(delay)8A,
66AA - 6JA, 6AA8AJ
