Resembles the Caribbean in the same way that anything that isn't the Caribbean does. Looks more like mid-20th century sewage processing plant on the inside. GRIMY WALLS AND FLOORS AWASH WITH SHIT.
Moments of aimless wandering due to a few years of not playing this level properly. That's what happens when you play online too much; after a while you end up taking more of a backseat and letting everyone else do all the work for once.
Like all good DOOM II Secret Levels, this one houses a hidden Megasphere at the end as a reward for putting up with any nonsense.
