Getting back for a final part of Final Doom.
This is all I could've play of this game, sadly. I'm busy in real life at the moment, so videos have been infrequent, however, I do intend on starting new series of videos and making more content, it's just that due to time constraints, any actual playthrough, speedrun or TAS won't be possible for a long time.
Anyway this game is much better to Doom 2 in my opinion, especially now that I've played all kinds of games from the past and also modern day, I've suddenly got a change of opinion about many of the old games I've used to play, partly influenced by other individuals, partly due to getting better at certain games and improving my understanding of myself, which opened my eyes to what really is it I should or shouldn't play game wise.
So what's the problem with Doom 2? Well not typing excessively, all I will say is it's got really good levels early game, but terrible levels at late game. This here it's got much better levels; they're all labyrinths, but it's so intense to get trapped around these extremely tough mobs of demons sometimes. This is what Doom 2 lacked, as it became a chore navigating through levels repeatedly so you could finally find where to go after killing mostly everything at ease with the overpowered super shotgun that game introduced. With this however, you got to play smart, as you never know what's coming, and you cannot go without saving the game often, or using the slowdown save glitch to play it.
Either way, it's a great bloody time, Doom. Likely the most Heavy Metal series of games ever created, and how can you not liking mixing Sci-Fi with demons in Mars!? It's awesome, and mostly everyone like some id Software at some level or another.
A shame we cannot say the same about the movie though. It sucked... and big time.
Observation: Happy Halloween guys, I will try to squeeze some of the horror games I've made content for and post it more often as celebration of one of my favourite holidays alongside Easter.
