I do some limit break grinding off camera so everyone has their first level 3 limit. Our first trip is to rocket town where we end up in space. After that we don't know what to do so we go to Cosmo Canyon and then to the city of the ancients. I try to dig up Bahamut Zero, but I forgot you can't do that until disk 3.

A brief overview of the things changed are:
Random party members, items, materia
True turn based battles with x2 enemy speed and enemy HP
Additional linked slots, more materia pairs, counters add effects
Auto sense, damage limit break with 4th limit breaks, limit command rework
