This, people, is the last boss before Zeromus EG, and is even tougher to beat than Zeromus himself. He has a major threat of spells. Glare will usually hit one character for 9999 damage, which is of course, an instant KO. At some point it will cast Protect and Reflect on itself and then cast -ga level spells on itself, which will Reflect off it and onto you. He can also cast Bio, Holy and Flare. His physical attack is pretty strong, too.
If you see it starting a countdown, do not attack. It will counter with the Globe 199, an instant-KO attack.
The main thing to do, is to deal as much damage as you can before it starts casting Protect and Reflect on itself. When it does that, you're pretty much done with, because all of the spells are so strong that they will instantly kill your character. You should Throw things, cast Meteor, cast Holy and Curaja, Attack, Power/Deadly and that's about it.
