The White Dragon has a variety of attacks, most of which are counterattacks. It counters with Slow against a physical attack, Glare against magical attacks and Earthquake against a summon. Also, the White Dragon will occassionally cast Maelstrom and it also has a normal physical attack.
Before you even engage in battle, make sure you cast Float on all of your party members to avoid getting hit by Earthquake, because you're gonna be using the Bahamut summon with Rydia. Any elemental spell will be absorbed so refrain from using those. Besides, magical attacks will be countered with Glare which is kind of a pain. Rosa shouldn't do more than just heal the team, or you could have her cast Holy, but it's not necessary at all.
You could cast Blink to nullify the White Dragon's physical attacks, but I strongly suggest against this, since having Rosa heal should be enough for now. If you have Porom along with Rosa, feel free to use Blink. Keep in mind, though, that this won't do anything against White Dragon's counterattacks.
The only real threat about the White Dragon is his Maelstrom and Glare attack, which instantly brings your HP to a critical level. Keep Rosa healing if you want the party to stay alive.
