Because this is Titan, you'll want to cast Float on your party before the fight to avoid getting hit by his Quake and Earthquake attack. They are completely useless now that everyone is floating in the air. Not to mention, those are his main attacks. He also has a physical attack, but that's nothing a Curaja can't handle.
Have every fighter attack at will, and have Yang use Power and Kain should Jump. You can have Rydia summon Bahamut or cast Flare if you want. The damage is not that different, only by a 1000, so summoning Bahamut is your best way to go here. Rosa should use Holy and heal when necessary.
