Here, I clear the end of the dungeon, ending up inside the Baron Castle. Inside I defeat both Baigan and Kainazzo then afterwards losing both Porom and Palom.
After getting Cid's new airship, I head over to Toroia and save outside the town, that's where the part ends.

Baigan tactics:
Have Cecil and Yang attack the main body and have Palom take out "Left Arm" (right one on the screen) with a Fire 2. Make Tellah use one of the level 3 black magics on the main body and Baigan will cast Wall on himself.
After that just keep everyone's HP up while Yang and Cecil attacks the main body. Parry with Tellah and Palom until you see Baigan use Fast, this will mean that Baigan lost his wall magic, so cast another level 3 black magic with Tellah.
This should kill the main body, if not just continue attacking with Yang and Cecil. After the main body is dead, kill off the last arm.

Kainazzo tactics:
Don't forget to heal up Tellah's MP before the battle. With a bit of timing, this boss will be extremely easy. When Kainazzo have his water up, he will take additional lightning damage.
So the best way is to attack with Cecil and Yang, parry with Palom on his first move, have Tellah use Lit 3. What you should be aiming at, is to get Tellah to hit Kainazzo with Lit 3 when he got his water up.
After one of those hits, he should be close to death, just continue the fight by having Palom use Lit 2 and Tellah use Lit 3.
