Final Fantasy X-2 - Part 36 - Chapter 5 Leveling
0I think this is the best and fastest way to level up your characters for endgame bosses and content, most notably Angra Mainyu and Paragon/Trema.
What you want to do is head over to Thunder Plains and finish the mission involving Cid being rescued from the cave. Once that is completed, you will now have access to the second cave in the area. This is where you'll be doing your leveling up until 99. Yes, I know the Farplane offers better EXP with Omega Weapon, but this way I think is quicker, considering there are less animations and the battles seem to go a lot faster too.
Setup: Yuna, Rikku and Paine all have Lady Luck dressphere, along with the Double Exp ability. Two girls (doesn't matter which) have Sprint Shoes, while the third girl will have Cat Nip + Speed Bracer. For the second slot on the two girls, one will have Speed Bracer and the other equipped with Lure Bracer (to increase the frequency of battles).
Once all that's equipped, head into battle and watch as two of your girls should have the First Strike ability thanks to Sprint Shoes, while the third will have berserk + auto haste for 9999 damage (make sure her HP is yellow). Each battle should only take 10-15 seconds max, and with 1000-2000 exp/battle, plus the Double Exp ability from Lady Luck, your characters can level up quite quickly with this method.
Keep doing this until level 99, at which point you should be ready to take on the last of the bosses in Chapter 5, notably: Angra Mainyu, Paragon and Trema.
