Final Fantasy X-2 - Part 38 - Digging for Experiment
0In order to get an Episode Complete in Djose Temple, you have to fight Experiment at both ends of the spectrum, once at level 1 and the another at max level, level 5. To level up Experiment, you'll have to dig for parts in Bikanel Desert. For this, I would highly recommend capturing a Chocobo and sending it off from Clasko's Ranch into Bikanel Desert. This will end up unlocking the Northern Expanse, that way you can dig much faster without dealing with any enemies, all the while finding the necessary parts to upgrade the boss.

Above are the three types of parts, along with their point values. Mind you, there are three specific types of parts beyond the assembly: Attack, Defense and Special. Each of those sections has to reach at least 38+ points to get to level 5. All three sections need to be level 5 in order to get the Episode Complete for Djose Temple.
For myself, it took me about a full hour to get all the necessary parts (I needed about four extra digs outside this video to get the remaining amount). Also, now would be a good time if you want to dig up for the missing Al Bhed Primers, as the remaining ones can be found and dug up in Bikanel Desert.
Once you have 38 points in all three sections for Experiment (Attack, Defense & Special), head over to Djose Temple to fight and finish him off. With your characters at level 99, he shouldn't present much of a problem.
*Note* - If you want to check how many parts you have for each section, you can do so by entering Djose Temple and heading off to the doors on the right. Inside will be a machina where you can check how many parts and why type of parts for each section. For Z you get 5, S you get 3 and A you get 1. All three sections should be at 38 points or above to reach level 5 Experiment.
*Double Note* - There are only a handful of repair manuals in the game (I believe six), and if you fight Experiment too much before reaching level 5 in all sections, you can actually miss getting an Episode Complete. This is why I mainly ignored the desert up until now. If you done as I have, the manuals shouldn't be required.
