This is the PC HD remaster version using the original soundtrack.
Please note that there are some technical issues and flaws present within the game. Most notable is that occasionally the background sound will click. There's nothing that I can do about this as it has nothing to do with my setup or recording method. You can watch any playthrough of any version of the remaster and it will feature this, unfortunately.

I don't have save states this time around and even if I did, hard transitions are in fact very rare in this game. There's almost always some sort of background sound playing. I did my best to minimize the amount of additional sound disruption caused by my edits. This is a fairly lengthy game and doing it all in one sitting perfectly isn't an option for me.
I include random encounters as the story requires me to move through each area. Random encounters are a part of the game. The game is also installed on an SSD, so the load times are pretty much non-existent.

Gameplay notes
Obviously, I'm not going to dodge 200 lightning bolts on screen.
While passing through Macalania, I do not collect the butterflies. The final reward and the reason why you'd do it isn't available at that point in the game.

During the scene where you confront the Maester, the frame rate dips a bit. Like with the sound, it's an issue with the remaster.
During the desert section, I skip several chests to avoid it taking 35+ minutes to get through the area. I also flee from some of the encounters. Due to me relying heavily on Yuna/Lulu blasting stuff, my other party members aren't particularly powerful.
During the Home section, I rush through the puzzle chests to reduce the number of times you hear whatever is being repeated in the background.

It's not possible to complete the side quest available at Remiem Temple the first time you're able to go there, so I don't bother entering the temple itself at that point.
You do only have to pay 193,350 gil for Yojimbo but I paid triple because I could and doing so rewards you with two teleport spheres and a line of dialogue.

The reason why I had so many sphere levels banked is because I needed level 3 key spheres to avoid wasting levels. I don't immediately spend the spheres once I get them because I timed it out and it takes ~5 minutes to spend them on both characters due to the animations.
I do destroy the infamous boss encounter (#17) using the wings I got from Remiem Temple. I felt that it would be good to show the effect of the wings at least once and that boss is definitely the best target for it. It's also possible to use Yojimbo to instantly kill the boss but I did need to overkill it rather than simply killing it for the additional level 4 sphere drop. Valefor with break damage limit, which is granted by acquiring Yuna's ultimate weapon and upgrading it with the Moon Crest I looted way back in Besaid is also capable of killing the boss in a single hit. It would trigger overkill as well but I wanted to show the wings effect there and save Valefor for boss #20.

I start fleeing from lots of encounters when I reach Gagazet. The rate is pretty high for these areas and because I was relying so much on magic, I would run dry pretty quick. Obviously, I could use the inbuilt cheat to disable encounters but that's cheating.
