Time to take down the leader of the Scions of Darkness that rebelled against the Gods, and buy is she worthy of that title!
Start by Dispelling her status effects, especially if you use a Black Mage as you don't want to have your spells Reflected, do you?
After that, you can start attacking, Ultima absorbs Holy and is weak to Dark, I'm sure you can guess what element she'll use against you, right?
In fact, she'll use Holyja after 12 of her attacks at first, it's a powerful Holy attack that has a chance to inflict Reverse on your party, she may then follow up with Renew to bring your characters down to one HP, although I think she won't do it if you have even one character that's not under the Reverse status.
Once she reaches 80% HP, she'll immediately use Holyja again.
When she falls below 70%, a Magick field will be cast upon the party, which initially drains your character's HP. It will eventually change to an MP drain, an Attack seal, a Magick seal, a Technick seal, an Item seal and an increase of the Charge Time for your actions before cycling back to the HP drain until Ultima is defeated.
At this point, Holyja will also become more frequent, she'll use it after 7 attacks instead of 12. She will also cat Reflectga on your party to try and bait you to Reflect your healing spells on her, I suggest simply equipping an Opal ring to your healer to bypass that.
As she nears death, she grows more powerful and starts using Holyja even more frequently, only using 3 attacks before using it.

A little trick I didn't use is to exploit her vulnerability to Blind, either via Nihopalaoa + Eye Drops or by the Blind Magick, this will cause her to cure her status with Blinda instead of attacking you, beware of Holyja though as she'll keep using it regularly.
After winning this fight, grab the mighty Excalibur and possibly the Gendarme shield if you're insanely lucky!
